Refund & Return Policy

1. 15 Days Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels and accessories.
• The product should not be damaged, altered or misused.
• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement, exchange or refund, as applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety or product-specific reasons.

These may include products that have been:

• Used or opened where hygiene restrictions apply.
• Damaged after delivery due to improper handling.
• Modified or altered by the customer.
• Returned without original packaging or accessories.
• Purchased under special or customized orders, where applicable.

4. Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 15 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Photographs/videos, if required

Our team will review the request and provide further return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective or damaged product supplied by S K SURGICAL, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed, subject to verification.

For returns due to reasons such as change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer, return shipping charges may be applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method, as applicable.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

7. Exchange / Replacement

Where applicable, eligible products may be exchanged or replaced instead of being refunded.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
